Our professional services include guidance in all areas of career management, professional and leadership development, and life transitions including: assessments and self inventory, establishing a strategic approach and implementation plan, prioritization and decision-making, coaching to increase work and personal success, work/life balance, leadership effectiveness, outplacement / work search coaching, and personal marketing including resume development, interview preparation, and salary negotiation.

Dr. Janet Scarborough Civitelli founded Bridgeway Career Development in 1999 and grew it to a successful, respected career and professional development services firm with a strong presence in the Pacific Northwest. In 2009, she accepted a position as Associate Director at University Career Services at the University of Houston, bringing her extensive experience and expertise to their 36,000 students.
