We offer executive and personal coaching to private clients and to individuals sponsored by their organizations. While the company was founded in Seattle and specializes in Seattle area clients, Bridgeway staff also work via telephone with clients across the U.S. and internationally

All of our services emphasize step-by-step implementation of targeted plans to assist clients in developing greater levels of productivity and enjoyment in employment and/or other life settings. Our work is grounded in research in behavioral change and our style combines reflective insight with highly pragmatic change strategies.

Janet Scarborough Civitelli is the Founder and President of Bridgeway Career Development. She oversees all client service delivery and continues to work with individual clients via telephone. Eric Jacobsen and Carolyn Kessler offer face-to-face consulting for clients able to meet in Seattle (Eric Jacobsen), Bellevue (Eric Jacobsen), or Mercer Island (Carolyn Kessler).
